Made of thin plastic these factory parts are prone to snapping apart where the flange meets the tube, splitting along the length, and\/or slipping out of their intercooler couplers.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe BMS S55 replacement charge pipes are made from heavy-duty aluminum and are designed with CNC flanges and a protruding lip for a secure OEM like fit. They are finished in a wrinkle black powder coat to match the engine bay and we've also incorporated a pre-capped 1\/8\" NPT bung into each pipe.
