Front Mount Intercooler Upgrade
Engineered with a bar and plate competition core and flowed cast end tanks for maximum cooling efficiency and minimal pressure drop. This is the most effective way to slash intake air temperatures on tuned and stock N55 cars, keeping power consistent on the road and track.

Real-world performance data: through five back-to-back road runs, intercooler intake temperatures were 135 to 140 degrees on both the OEM and this upgraded intercooler. Post-intercooler into the engine, the stock core saw 75 to 80 degrees while this intercooler delivered outlet temps in the high 20s across all five runs. Expect consistently cooler IATs and repeatable power.
Decat Downpipe
High-flow catless downpipe designed for July 2013 onwards N55 engines. Not suitable for pre-July 2013 135i models. We also stock the earlier variant in our other items.

Tested gains of approximately 10 to 15 bhp. Professional installation is recommended. We also recommend adding a Lambda Sensor Spacer to help prevent an engine light in most cases. You can find spacers in our other items.
Aluminium Charge Pipe
Stronger, smoother and more reliable than the stock plastic pipe. Designed to improve throttle response and eliminate common charge pipe failures on the N55.
- Lightweight 6061 aluminium pipe, mandrel bent for smooth flow
- Retains the OEM-style CNC throttle body connector for an easy, secure fit
- 3 inch diameter matched to the throttle body, tapering to 2.5 inches at the intercooler
- Beaded ends and supplied Mikalor clamps to prevent hoses blowing off
- Massively improves throttle response and reduces lag
- Meth ports welded in for cars running methanol
