What you need to know
- 2019 plus models with November 2019 software may require OBD unlock. Contact support@protuningfreaks.com for details
- Vehicles with production dates after June 2020 may not be flashable
- G80 M3 and G82 M4 require Femto unlock
- License applies to one vehicle VIN. OBD Agent hardware can be used on multiple cars
- Bootmod3 license can be resold or transferred one time to a new VIN once flashed back to stock and DME re-locked using the Bootmod3 interface

Common questions
Can I tune my own car with Bootmod3? Yes. Duplicate your stock tune with Save As and edit with the built-in map editor or work with a tuner from the Bootmod3 Tuner Directory.
Do I need internet to flash? Bootmod3 is cloud based for management and updates. Once a map version is downloaded it can be flashed offline.
E85 and methanol support? E30 blend OTS maps are available. Full E85 is custom via a tuner.
