Why choose this Fiesta Mk8 1.0 EcoBoost intercooler
The proven 60 mm single-pass core runs left to right across the end tanks to give the charged air the shortest, most efficient route through the intercooler. With the small turbo on the 1.0 EcoBoost, faster in and out flow means quicker spool and more consistent performance. The top section of the core sits fully in the airflow behind the grille to maximise cooling where it counts.
Tip: even more grille area can be opened up with a careful Dremel or drill trim during installation to increase airflow to the intercooler. We recommend doing this while fitting.
