Port Injection and Fuel System Details
- Order it as:
- Base – includes injector plugs for those not adding injectors yet or using the manifold for port-injected meth.
- Fueling Kit with Injectors – includes basic fuel hook-up plus your choice of injectors.
- Fueling Kit without Injectors – includes basic fuel hook-up so you can supply your own injectors.
- Important: If you select Base, you cannot add injectors to that option. Injectors can only be added by selecting a fueling kit.
- Standard injector size: 52 lb/hr. Upgrade options: 72 lb/hr or 95 lb/hr injectors.
- Fuel rail supports -6AN ORB fittings on either end. Standard configuration is a dead-end rail.
- Supplied PTFE smooth bore corrugated fuel line with crimped AN fittings in the basic fueling kit.
Sensor, Meth and Hardware Provisions
- 1/8 inch taps on the bottom side for port-injected meth.
- Front face provisions: 2 x 1/4 inch NPT taps and 3 x 1/8 inch NPT taps for sensors and ancillaries.
- Included adapters: 3/16 inch barb to 1/8 inch NPT and 1/4 inch barb to 1/8 inch NPT.
- Phenolic spacer included as standard with the manifold to help manage heat transfer.
- 12 OE gaskets included for a complete, leak-free install.
- 6 extended-length studs with hex heads included to make installation straightforward.
- Injector plugs supplied for those running the manifold without PI or for port-injected meth use.
- Block-off plate for the intake manifold included.
Fitment and Compatibility
Designed for BMW N54 engines. With the block-off plate removed, the manifold can also be used on N55 or S55 engines. Please verify your specific setup requirements before ordering.
