Clutches for the BMW 

Nforcd is happy to be able to offer SACH racing clutch
for a range of the BMW's. This is the strongest clutch we could find for these cars. Brilliant for the massively tune able B58 platform. This is a need for some of the high power B58s and other aftermarket turbo kits.


There is two options Performance kit which is a uprated version should allow up to 15% more Nm of torque, people have run these with 650hp before no problem.
The option option is the Race clutch which can stand 780+Nm of torque for Sports driver and Race track.

The race Clutch

Typically applications include:

  • Turbocharger and supercharger modifications
  • 1/4 mile-race
  • Race circuit (endurance race, clubsport, autocross)
  • Rally (e.g. group N)
  • Slalom, Drift Racing

Technical Details.

SACHS Performance Clutch kit at a preferential price, containing the previously listed reinforced clutch cover and the Performance clutch disc with Sinter-Pad friction material. - Easy exchange with your old clutch, this kit will fit to your original flywheel and releaser. The SACHS Racing clutch kits with sintered metal plates have a higher friction coefficient than plates with organic friction material. That allows for higher transmittable torque and makes them very dirt and oil resistant.

Their aggressive start performance makes them very suitable for endurance races, hill climbing, slalom and rally's. With that clutch kit, you´ll have the perfect combination for a great race track experience.

The SACHS Performance clutches are assembled by hand. This guarantees at all times the highest quality attributes in clamping load and release characteristics.

The Performance Clutch 

We are proud to offer a reinforced clutch kit a range of BMW's. This clutch kit the clutch disc compound gets replaced against the best possible clutch disc compound LUK 8080S from BMW M3 but I think that it already has a quite good compound from the factory.

Higher Power Transmission

The fundamental advantage of this modified clutch kit compared to the ordinary replacement clutch results in a higher life span, higher transmittable torque and in a better thermal resistance. Perfect for tuned engines such as chiptuning as also for towing trailers, Offroad and so on.

Everyday Suitability

Very good starting comfort and burst resistance ensure a high suitability for daily use.

Technical Details.

Based on a new replacement clutch, your clutch kit will be custom modified by hand. - Made in Germany. The clutch disc will get a new high-performance organic friction material with a reinforced layered clutch facing construction (Dry coating technology, non-asbestos and lead-free, elastomer/resin binder system, fibre glass reinforced, includes copper, filling materials and coefficient of friction modifiers).

Together with a special manufacturing process, this results in the desired characteristics of the clutch facing material.
