Refund policy
Returns, Restocking and Refunds
Y.1 Returns window. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to the deductions below.
Y.2 Restocking fee. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the goods line value, covering inspection on return, restoration to saleable condition, repackaging and return-to-stock.
Y.3 Return shipping. The customer pays return shipping. Where we arrange return shipping on the customer's behalf, the cost is deducted from the refund.
Y.4 Original outbound shipping. Outbound shipping paid by the customer is non-refundable — the service has already been performed.
Y.5 Reboxing charge. Where original packaging is damaged, opened beyond inspection, or discarded, a reboxing charge is applied at our reasonable cost to source replacement packaging suitable for resale. This is in addition to the 10% restocking fee.
Y.6 Payment processing fees. Fees charged to us by our payment provider on the original transaction are not returned to us when a refund is processed and will be deducted from the customer's refund (typically 1.5%–3% of the order value).
Y.7 Currency conversion (international returns). For international orders, exchange-rate spreads and currency conversion fees apply in both directions and will be deducted, as set out in the International Orders section of our Terms.
Y.8 The bottom line. Customers should expect that a refund is not a 1:1 return of the amount paid, even on a clean cancellation. The combined deductions in Y.2–Y.7 typically reduce the refund by 15%–25% of the order value before any return shipping is considered. We encourage customers to be confident in their purchase before ordering.
Y.9 Items not eligible. Custom-fitment items, special-order items, items damaged in fitment or use, and items returned outside the 14-day window are not eligible for refund.
