Engineering that delivers
To create the TTE580, TTE replaces the original compressor with a far larger, highly efficient billet wheel using extended tip technology and precision-machines the compressor cover for the optimal clearance. The original turbine is upgraded to a larger 9-blade high-flow design to lower exhaust gas temperatures and raise power potential, while preserving an excellent boost response profile. This results in a hybrid turbocharger that spools quickly, hits hard in the mid-range and carries power to the redline.
Every TTE turbo is balanced to a standard far higher than OEM. Individual components are fine-balanced at up to 2,800 RPM, then the assembled CHRA is dynamically VSR balanced in multiple planes at up to 250,000 RPM. You receive a serial-numbered balance certificate with your turbocharger.

The listing price for the upgrade service covers a non-damaged turbo only. If your unit shows damage or wear requiring replacement parts, we will quote any additional cost after inspection. All turbos are closely inspected before work begins, and you will receive an engineer’s report after the upgrade is completed.
