Also known as a blow off valve, dump valve, or diverter valve upgrade, this precision all aluminium, piston-based solution is engineered to replace the failure-prone OEM electronically controlled bypass valve on N20-powered BMWs. It delivers sharper throttle response, consistent boost, and that sought-after atmospheric whoosh, while retaining desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation.

The factory rubber diaphragm is known to split, especially on tuned cars running higher boost or in warmer climates. This can cause boost leaks and power loss that may not trigger a check engine light, leaving performance on the table.
