Sound and performance
The Remus Racing axle back uses a different silencer design to the non-race version to increase flow both with the valves closed and open, enhancing the exhaust note and response. Expect a deeper, motorsport-inspired tone that suits the S55-powered BMW M2 Competition perfectly.

Installation and valve control
- The original exhaust requires a cut. The provided sleeve is used for installation.
- No modifications are required to the rear bumper.
- Valve operation is via the OEM actuators and the vehicle onboard electronics.

For vehicles used on closed roads, when installing REMUS axle back or cat back systems or catalyst delete tubes, it is advisable to tune the ECU for maximum performance and to avoid a check engine light.
