The factory BMW N55 chargepipe is plastic and prone to splitting when boost is raised, even on mild tunes. The ER charge pipe is manufactured from lightweight high grade 6061 aluminium with smooth mandrel bends for maximum airflow, quicker spool and sharper throttle response. The precision CNC machined throttle body flange replicates the OEM O-ring and C-clip connection for a secure, boost leak free fit that is quick to remove and refit. ER validated this connection up to 25 PSI in testing, with zero signs of flange failure.

What’s included
The ER BMW N55 charge pipe kit includes the upper and lower charge pipes for this application, with all clamps, silicone couplers, fittings and hardware required. Two 1/8 inch NPT bungs are pre-welded and supplied with plugs so you can run now and add methanol or nitrous later. If you run Aquamist, specific bungs with M8 x 0.75 thread are available on request.
