Versions and OPF information
Only for cars with M Sport.
- 540i Export version - for cars built up to June 2018. Includes sound pipe centre pipe for optimum sports sound.
- 540i OPF version - for cars built from July 2018. Consists of rear silencer and tailpipes only.
All versions retain the exhaust valve controlled by the ECU. OPF cars cannot have the Export version. If you are unsure whether your vehicle has OPF or WLTP Otto Particulate Filter, please contact us for advice.

Diffuser and tow bar compatibility
- Supplied with the rear skirt insert shown in picture 1 - compatible with a BMW tow bar not included.
- Can also be used with AC Schnitzer rear diffuser extra cost - note the AC Schnitzer diffuser is not compatible with BMW electric tow bars.
- Compatible with BMW M Performance rear diffuser when used with BMW upper half part number 51192412410 intended for 550i or 550d available from BMW dealers.
