Performance construction
The reinforced clutch disc features a high performance organic friction lining with a layered, fibre-glass reinforced construction. The material uses dry coating technology, is non-asbestos and lead-free, and incorporates elastomer and resin binder systems, copper and friction modifiers. Together with a specialised manufacturing process, this delivers stronger torque holding, improved thermal capacity and excellent drivability.
XTend wear compensation
The XTend clutch cover keeps clamp load and pedal feel consistent as the lining wears. A precise adjustment ring offsets facing thickness reduction, decoupling wear from diaphragm spring movement and allowing additional usable lining life.
