Installation Notes
- On M135i and M235i with standard braking, BMW lightweight sports brake discs can be installed on front and rear axles without additional measures
- On 335i, 335d, 435i and 435d with standard brakes, BMW lightweight sports brake discs on the front axle can be installed without additional measures; this listing is for the rear disc as specified
- On vehicles with 17 inch or 18 inch BMW M Sport Brake SA2NH, the perforated and grooved BMW lightweight sports brake discs can be installed on front and rear axles without additional measures
Bedding-in: After installation, drive carefully for the first 200 km to bed in the discs. Full braking effectiveness is achieved after this break-in period. Due to the perforated and grooved design, some functional noise under braking can occur, which does not affect durability or performance.
We recommend fitting new rear brake pads with these discs. These discs are approved only in conjunction with at least 17 inch or 18 inch aluminium wheels, including winter wheels.
