Each TTE400 N20 starts from an original genuine BMW turbocharger. The compressor side is upgraded to a larger 6+6 billet wheel and the cover is CNC milled for the correct profile and smooth inlet transition, avoiding steps that hinder airflow. On the turbine side, the housing is CNC machined to accept a larger 9 blade turbine, improving gas flow and reducing backpressure. Every single part is balanced at low speed, then the assembled CHRA is dynamically VSR balanced at very high speed to a standard far higher than OEM. You receive a serial numbered balance test document with every unit.

You can send us your non-damaged OEM turbocharger for upgrade to TTE400 specification. The listed price covers the upgrade of a non-damaged turbo only. If your unit is damaged, additional costs may apply after inspection. All turbos are inspected prior to work and you will receive an engineer’s report on completion.
