Real world temperature results
We have tested our intercoolers extensively and the results are fantastic. Through five consecutive road pulls, intercooler intake temperatures were between 135 and 140 degrees for both the standard and the MTC intercooler. At the outlet into the engine, the standard intercooler measured around 85 degrees, whereas the MTC intercooler consistently delivered outlet temps in the high 20s across all five runs on a car with hybrid turbos. That reduction in IAT means more consistent power, safer tuning headroom and stronger performance.
Installation and fitment
