We have engineered these intercoolers using a bar-and-plate core matched to flowed cast end tanks to create the most surface area and flow for the BMW 335d platform.
Proven performance
On a test vehicle we found that an E92 335d made 365 bhp with this intercooler on a Dyno Dynamics rolling road. The intercooler will flow 500 bhp and 42 psi without any issues.

Reinforced silicone boost hose - fix common 335d boost leaks
A known E-series 335d issue is the factory intercooler boost hose failing under high pressure. This upgraded hose solves it.
