- Note: Because this kit includes the boost hose, it is not suitable for 330d or 325d models. If you wish to purchase the intercooler on its own, it will fit those models.

We have fitted and used these kits in-house and customer feedback has been excellent. Expect stronger and more consistent performance thanks to reduced intake temperatures, faster turbo spool, improved throttle response and rock solid boost control.
On a test vehicle we saw an E92 335d make 365 bhp on a Dyno Dynamics rolling road with this intercooler fitted. The intercooler will flow 500 bhp and 42 psi without issues.
Intercooler features
- CAD designed cast alloy end tanks for optimum flow and strength
- Genuine BMW style fittings welded to the end tanks for perfect connection to standard hoses
- Bar and plate core matched to flowed cast end tanks for maximum surface area and heat rejection
- Core size 520 mm x 200 mm x 150 mm with a stepped front section for almost 100 percent more surface area than the standard intercooler
- True plug-and-play installation with no cutting or modifying required
- Can be fitted without removing the front bumper
- Durable powder coated grey finish
Reinforced boost hose upgrade
A common 335d issue is the factory intercooler boost hose failing under high boost. This upgraded hose is engineered to last and to stop boost and oil leaks.
- Constructed with 5 layers of high quality silicone plus internal metal rings to prevent expansion under boost
- Fluoro-lined to resist discolouration and oil ingress
- Designed to solve both oil leaks and boost leaks
Included with the boost hose:
- Silicone hose
- 2 x machined aluminium ends to suit the intercooler
- Jubilee clips

DPF delete section
- Precision made from T-304 high-grade stainless steel with TIG welded construction
- Sharper throttle response due to faster turbo spool
- Noticeable power gains and a more aggressive exhaust note

- Significant weight saving versus the factory DPF
- Mandrel bent for optimal gas flow and maximum internal diameter, maintaining strong mid-range torque

Installation
