We have fitted and tested these downpipes and typically see gains of around 40 to 50 bhp on test vehicles. With a stage 2 map, they have the capability of supporting 150 to 180 bhp increases. Installation and mapping
Professional installation is recommended, as exhaust tolerances vary by car. Feedback on this product is that it is straightforward to fit. If your M5 is a newer model with a PPF filter, this will need to be coded out by a tuner to avoid a fault light. Speak to your tuner if you are unsure, as earlier cars did not have PPF. We recommend Wrench Studios in London and Evolve for mapping.
