Real world gains
We have tested this product and seen increases of around 40 to 50 bhp on test vehicles. With a suitable Stage 2 map these downpipes have the capability to support increases of approximately 150 to 180 bhp, unlocking the true potential of the S63M when combined with the correct software and supporting hardware.
Fitment
Designed for the BMW M5 Competition on the F90 chassis, 2018 onwards. The standard V-band clamps work perfectly at the turbo and mid section for a straightforward fit.
Installation and tuning notes
- Professional installation recommended. Tolerances can vary slightly across exhaust systems but customer feedback is that these downpipes are easy to fit.
- If your M5 is a later model equipped with a PPF/OPF, this will need to be coded out by your tuner to avoid faults. Earlier cars do not have a PPF.
- We recommend adding a Lambda/O2 sensor spacer to help prevent a check engine light in most cases.
