DS1.11 is Ferodo’s heavy duty endurance compound using real ceramic-based siloxane technology. Unlike carbon-based compounds, DS1.11 maintains stable performance at extreme temperatures, giving you fade-resistant braking, a very flat friction profile and superb pad life. Average friction coefficient is 0.46 across a wide 200 to 700°C working range. Low pad compressibility means a short, consistent pedal with excellent modulation and confidence lap after lap. Very kind to discs for reduced rotor wear and consistent performance over long stints.
