These kits feature a non-SAC mechanism pressure plate and require a SPEC billet rebuildable flywheel with a lightweight, low MOI design. The result is a responsive, durable setup that transforms the way your BMW N55 drives.
Steel vs Aluminium
- Aluminium: One of the highest wheel horsepower gains we have seen, +17 whp on an otherwise unmodified car
- Steel: Around +10 whp, with more gear resonance damping and quieter idle with the pedal out than aluminium
Note: This SPEC designed flywheel cannot be fitted to an OEM design flywheel.
