Nexsys Motorsport BMW N54 Ignition Coil Upgrade Kit – B58 Coil Conversion for 1M, 135i, 335i, Z4
Looking to cure weak spark and unlock rock‑solid ignition on your BMW N54? This Nexsys Motorsport N54 Ignition Coil Upgrade Kit converts your N54 to the latest B58 coil-on-plug setup for stronger, cleaner spark and superb reliability. Designed specifically for cars running a stock BMW N54 valve cover or a Vargas Turbo (VTT) valve cover. If you have an M18 Performance valve cover, please see our other kit.
Important: this kit does not include B58 coils. It provides the high-quality billet bracket, hardware and required components to mount and wire B58 coils to your N54 cleanly and securely.

What’s included
- Made in the USA billet aluminium coil bracket (precision machined, superb fitment)
- 6 x longer ignition coil boots (required for stock or VTT valve covers)
- All mounting hardware
- Optional: Plug and Play connector harness (nylon connectors, Made and assembled in the USA) or connectors and terminals only
The billet bracket has neat pass-through cut-outs for the harness and chamfered radiuses for a clean, professional install. With coils fitted, the kit weighs only 3.9 lbs, which is 47% lighter than the Precision Raceworks kit.
