Direct Bolt-On Performance Air Struts
AirRex performance air struts are designed as a direct bolt-on solution that matches the OEM mounting points on your F45 or F46, giving you a stress free installation and an OE style fit. Each air spring is tested for maximum load and pressure, paired with correctly valved dampers. Every strut kit is subjected to rigorous environmental testing from minus 40°C to plus 60°C for durability and peace of mind.
Air Springs and Damper Technology
- Front struts: 12 click damping adjustable monotube dampers, camber top mounts where chassis fitment allows, height adjustable bodies and bellowed air springs. Applications use double bellow or triple bellow air springs as required for load management.
- Rear struts: 12 click damping adjustable monotube dampers, height adjustable bodies and bellowed air springs. Where space is tight, newly developed slim double bellow air springs are used instead of sleeve bags.
Built to cope with changing UK road surfaces, these struts deliver flexible performance and daily comfort while enabling ultra low stance when parked or a practical ride height for commuting.
AirREX Air Management
