Why This Intercooler Works

The proven 50 mm vertical core runs top to bottom of the end tanks, giving the single pass design the shortest possible route for the charged air to pass through. On the small turbo of the 1.0 EcoBoost, faster charge air flow in and out is key to keeping temperatures under control and maintaining consistent performance. The top section of the core sits in direct airflow behind the grille, maximising cooling where it matters most and helping to combat heat soak on spirited drives.

Tip during fitting: you can open up more grille area with a Dremel or drill to increase airflow to the intercooler. We recommend doing this at the time of installation for best results.

Fitment

Fits Ford Fiesta Mk7 1.0 EcoBoost models: 100 PS, 125 PS, 135 PS and 140 PS Red and Black editions.

Will not fit Fiesta Mk8.
