Water methanol injection, often called WMI or meth injection, delivers an effective octane boost with significant charge cooling, giving race-fuel-like results on everyday fuel and the headroom to safely pursue more power when integrated with your tune.

- Built-in Boost Safe failsafe output that activates in the event of a short, loss of continuity, high or low voltage, or low fluid, enabling user-defined safety strategies from warning lights to boost or ignition reduction, or map switching on standalone management.
- Simplified, colour coded wiring harness with an integrated pump ground to prevent accidental pump activation, and an additional lead for an optional on/off solenoid.
- High quality hardware as standard: 220 psi Aquatec WMI pump, methanol compatible solenoid with filter, compression fittings to help prevent leaks, 20 ft of WMI line, and all required wiring and mounting hardware.
- Nozzle options to match your setup: super atomising 1/8 NPT nozzles available as single or dual. As a guide, BM7 for most 4 cylinder, BM10 or dual BM5 for most 6 cylinder, and dual BM5 or BM10 for 8 cylinder with larger turbos. Two smaller nozzles are often preferred for finer atomisation. BM10 is suggested for many applications.
- Optional upgrades include BMS Elite stainless braided hardlines with PTFE inner, stainless braid and black nylon outer with BMS Elite AN fittings, designed to withstand extreme pressure and temperature.
What the base kit includes
AEM controller, 220 psi Aquatec WMI pump, methanol compatible solenoid with filter, 20 ft WMI line, required fittings, wiring and mounting hardware. You can add your preferred WMI nozzle and a tank when ordering. An optional check valve tank tap to keep vapours contained is also available.

1.25 gallon heavy duty universal tank
Compact trunk-mount design with easy-fill neck, anti-starvation reservoir with pre-threaded bung for the included 90 degree compression pump feed fitting, spill-catcher around the cap, 2-way vented black plastic cap and a translucent body to visually check fluid level. Approx. dimensions: L 11 in x W 4.5 in x H 9 in. Upgraded billet cap with 1-way check valve available.
2 gallon universal low profile tank
Universal trunk fitment with the methanol pump mounting directly to the base for a clean, fast install. Offered in black or clear to view level, includes a 2-way vented black plastic cap and compression pump feed fitting. Pre-tapped for the pickup fitting. Works with all DDP 5800 pumps. Approx. dimensions: L 15.5 in x W 8 in x H 8.25 in. Made in the USA.
3 gallon BMS Stealth tank
Pump mounts to the tank and the assembly sits below the trunk floor in compatible BMW platforms. Works with all DDP 5800 pumps. Approx. dimensions: L 26.75 in x W 9.75 in x H 7.5 in. Vehicle fitment: 2012–2018 BMW 3 Series F30 sedan, 2014–2020 BMW 4 Series F32 coupe, 2015–2020 BMW F80 M3, 2015–2020 BMW F82 M4 (does not fit convertible). Includes standard 2-way vented black plastic cap with optional billet lid and 1-way check valve.
2 gallon F10 Stealth tank
Custom tank that hides in the existing trunk cavity of the 2011–2016 F10 BMW 5 Series, including M5. Pump mounts to the bottom and the tank features a sump and baffle for consistent delivery. Includes 2-way vented black plastic cap and compression pump feed fitting. Approx. dimensions: L 16.5 in x W 6.5 in x H 8.25 in.
3.5 gallon G-series Stealth side pocket tank
Fits neatly in the left side trunk cavity on many G20 M340i, G22 M440i, G80 M3 and G82 M4 models. Pump mounts to the rear of the tank with a rear sump for consistent performance. Includes 2-way vented black plastic cap and compression pump feed fitting. Approx. dimensions: L 20.5 in x W 11 in x H 13.5 in. Fitment notes: G80 M3 including Competition, G82 M4 including Competition and G22 M440i may require modification to fit, G20 M340i including xDrive. Optional billet cap with integrated safety check valve recommended.
