Choose the configuration that matches your setup:
- HPFP to fuel tank (stock): Replaces both factory fuel lines with one continuous high-flow line from the tank to the HPFP and adds the ethanol sensor.
- Port Injection to fuel tank: For vehicles running a Fuel-It port injection kit. Replaces the stock lines, integrates the ethanol sensor and uses a Y-adapter to feed both the HPFP and PI. Custom fittings eliminate tees and extra joints for a cleaner, higher-flow layout.
- Phoenix Racing Manifold to fuel tank: For cars using the Phoenix Racing Manifold port injection kit. Replaces the stock lines, integrates the ethanol sensor and uses a Y-adapter to supply both the HPFP and PI with fuel, with simplified, high-flow fittings.
- Non-Fuel-It port injection to fuel tank: For other aftermarket PI kits. Includes a longer 18 inch feed line from the Y to the PI rail. Cut to length and install the included -6AN female fitting or -6AN female elbow to connect to your PI rail.
JB4 wiring guidance:
- N54 E-series: Connect the white wire to position 15 on the JB4 25-pin harness. In the JB4 menu select WMI Ethanol Setup option 1 to enable the pin 15/16 flex fuel input.
- N55 E-series: Connect the white wire to position 16 on the JB4 25-pin harness. In the JB4 menu select WMI Ethanol Setup option 1 to enable the pin 15/16 flex fuel input.
