Technical highlights
Dual feed carbon fibre airbox
The pre-preg carbon airbox is fully sealed to isolate the filter from engine bay heat. A laser cut plate with a rubber seal prevents hot air ingress around the inlet tube. A secondary cold air feed increases the available fresh air volume, reducing restriction and helping the turbo maintain positive pressure under sustained load. A dedicated heat shield with gold reflective backing sits on the exhaust side to further reduce radiant heat.
Carbon fibre inlet tube
The smooth, large volume carbon tube replaces the convoluted factory hose that can induce turbulence. The tube is engineered to taper smoothly to the stock turbo inlet for laminar flow and features CNC machined fittings for the factory temperature sensor and breather connection.
Bespoke high flow dry cone filter
ISO-tested non-woven mesh media provides excellent filtration with a significantly larger effective surface area than the OEM panel filter. The integrated internal cone helps guide flow and reduces stagnation at the filter centre. The filter is cleanable and heat stable.
