Engineered with a high-efficiency bar and plate core and flowed cast end tanks to keep intake air temperatures low and power consistent. In repeated road runs, both the stock intercooler and this core saw intake temps around 135 to 140 degrees before the core. Decat Downpipe for BMW N55
Designed to increase exhaust flow, reduce backpressure and help the turbo spool faster for sharper throttle response and real-world power gains. This decat downpipe fits all N55 engines from July 2013 onwards. It will not fit the 135i pre July 2013.
