HPFP to fuel tank (stock)
Replaces both factory lines with a single continuous feed from the fuel tank to the HPFP and adds the ethanol sensor.
Port Injection to fuel tank
For vehicles running the Fuel-It! port injection kit. Replaces the stock lines from the tank to the engine bay, integrates the ethanol sensor, and uses a Y adapter to supply both the HPFP and PI. Custom fittings remove tees and extra joints for a cleaner, high-flow layout.
Phoenix Racing Manifold to fuel tank
For cars using the Phoenix Racing Manifold port injection kit. As above, it replaces the stock lines, integrates the ethanol sensor, and uses a Y adapter to feed the HPFP and PI with fewer fittings for improved flow and a tidier install.
Non-Fuel-It! port injection to fuel tank
For other aftermarket PI kits. Includes a longer 18 inch feed line from the Y to the PI rail. Trim to your required length and install the supplied -6AN female fitting or -6AN female elbow to connect to your PI rail.
JB4 connections for E chassis:
N54 Connect the white wire to position 15 on the JB4 25 pin harness. In the JB4 menu select WMI Ethanol Setup option 1 to enable the pin 15/16 flex fuel input.
N55 Connect the white wire to position 16 on the JB4 25 pin harness. In the JB4 menu select WMI Ethanol Setup option 1 to enable the pin 15/16 flex fuel input.
