How it works
The Eventuri BMW M135i and BMW M235i B48 intake replaces the restrictive OEM airbox path with a direct, high-flow route. Air enters the front of the carbon fibre Venturi housing, passes through the reverse-mounted Generation 2 filter and transitions seamlessly into the integrated MAF tube before meeting the factory turbo inlet tube. By eliminating the abrupt 90 degree turns of the stock airbox, the intake reduces drag on the turbo, improves response and supports consistent performance on the road and track.

Filter housing assembly
The carbon fibre pod shrouds the reverse-mounted filter and smoothly shapes the airflow down into the MAF section. Compared with the OEM airbox which forces air through multiple sharp turns and a panel filter, this design creates a more direct path with minimal turbulence. The result is a smoother transition from the filter to the turbo inlet tube, allowing the turbo to work with less effort and improving driveability.
Patented Venturi technology
Eventuri’s patented filter housing features a smooth reduction in cross-sectional area to invoke the Venturi effect, accelerating airflow while maintaining laminar conditions. Think of it as a large velocity stack that delivers even velocity as air exits the housing into the MAF tube. This is key to stable MAF readings, strong performance and consistent intake temperatures.
Sealed carbon duct for true cold air
The redesigned carbon duct maximises internal volume over the slam panel and seals to the filter housing with a flexible rubber edging. This helps shield the filter from engine bay heat and delivers cooler, denser air from the front of the car.
