- Increased surface area. The inlet in the middle of the seam-brazed B-tube increases heat transfer surface area by approximately 15 percent compared to regular tubes, delivering the efficiency of two smaller tubes within the same space and enabling dual liquid laminar flow.
- High efficiency multi louvered fins. Precisely aligned fins are measured and specified per application, then wind‑tunnel tested by CSF to maximise airflow through the core and optimise heat rejection.
- Triple pass race core. Coolant passes the core three times to extend dwell time and stabilise temperatures during demanding driving.
