Technical highlights
EBC Racing 2-piece floating discs use high carbon G3500 cast iron rings mated to lightweight precision-machined aluminium bells via patented stainless SD-Drive bobbins. The floating arrangement lets the friction rings expand and contract freely, reducing stress transfer and helping to prevent judder. Each bobbin location features an anti-rattle spring clip for silent operation on the road. The 48 curved, handed vanes draw air through the disc for efficient cooling, while the grooved face profile maintains clean, consistent pad contact when driven hard. When the rings eventually wear, simply retain the bells and replace only the friction rings to keep running costs down.
EBC Bluestuff NDX pads
