The factory BMW 135i and 335i oil cooler core is only 8.75 x 4.75 x 1 inches, giving just 41 cubic inches of core. ER’s Sport Series steps up to a 11 x 8 x 2 inch cooler with a 9 x 8 x 2 inch core - that is a massive 144 cubic inches of core, over 350 percent larger than stock. More core volume and surface area means more efficient heat rejection and more consistent oil temperatures.

Finish options

Early 2006 335i without factory oil cooler
Early 2006 build 335i models without a factory oil cooler require a conversion to an oil filter housing with external cooler ports. A conversion package with genuine BMW oil filter housing, oil cooler thermostat housing, gaskets and hardware is available.

- Nylon braided lines can be supplied on request
- Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover abrasion damage on nylon braided lines
