Control options
For the most seamless tuning integration, add the optional JB4 Failsafe Box (FSB). When used with JB4, the system enables progressive flow control, monitors pump current and responds to CANbus data such as boost, throttle, engine speed and intake temperature. If flow drops or the tank runs dry, JB4 can automatically reduce performance to help protect the engine, and WMI can be enabled or disabled within the JB4 Mobile app. Alternatively, choose the optional AEM boost-dependent controller featuring robust, easy-to-adjust start and full points, a covered status LED and test buttons.
Installation notes
The pump can be mounted in front of the firewall or attached when tapping the washer fluid reservoir to avoid a separate tank. No mounting bracket is supplied for the pump or tank, so a suitable mounting solution will be required. Many owners also choose to mount the 1 gallon tank in the boot, or upgrade to a larger trunk-mount tank such as a 2 gallon option.
