Upgrade the fuelling on your BMW E60 535i or E89 Z4 with Fuel-It fuel line and flex fuel sensor solutions from Nforcd. Available configurations:
- HPFP to Tank: replaces both factory feed lines with a single continuous line from the fuel tank to the HPFP.
- HPFP to Port Injection: adds the required tee to integrate a port injection kit while retaining your existing lines. Compatible with stock or upgraded lines and flex-fuel setups.
- HPFP to Tank with Ethanol Sensor: as above, supplied with an integrated ethanol content sensor.
- Port Injection Spacer to Tank: for vehicles running a port injection spacer, replaces the feed from tank to engine bay and supplies both the HPFP and PI via a Y arrangement. Custom fittings minimise extra tees for a tidier, high-flow solution.
- Port Injection Spacer to Tank with Ethanol Sensor: as above, with an integrated ethanol sensor.
- Phoenix Racing Manifold to Tank: tailored for cars using the Phoenix Racing manifold with port injection, upgrading the feed from tank to engine bay and supplying both HPFP and PI with reduced joins.
- Phoenix Racing Manifold to Tank with Ethanol Sensor: as above, with an integrated ethanol sensor.
Notes:
- An ethanol analyser is required with the ethanol sensor to display ethanol content.
- JB4 integration for E-series: connect the analyser white wire to position 15 on the JB4 25-pin harness and enable the 15/16 input on the WMI page.
