Designed for BMW F Series N55 models including 135i, 235i, 335i, 435i and 535i, it replaces the factory lines from the tank to the engine bay with a continuous high-flow -6AN E85 compatible fuel line and integrates an ethanol content sensor with a Bluetooth analyser.

Choose the right configuration for your setup:

  • HPFP to fuel tank (stock fuel system) - Replaces both factory lines with a single upgraded line from the tank to the HPFP and adds the ethanol sensor.
  • Port injection to fuel tank - For vehicles with a port injection kit. Replaces the lines from the tank to the engine bay, integrates the ethanol sensor and uses a Y-adapter to feed both the HPFP and the PI rail. Supplied fittings minimise tees and extra joints for a cleaner, high-flow arrangement.
  • Phoenix Racing manifold to fuel tank - Tailored for cars running the Phoenix Racing manifold with port injection. As above, integrates the sensor and utilises a Y-adapter to supply HPFP and PI with simplified, high-flow plumbing.
  • Non Fuel-It port injection to fuel tank - For port injection kits from other manufacturers. Includes a longer 18 inch feed line from the Y to the PI rail; cut to length and fit the included -6AN female fitting or -6AN female elbow to suit your rail connection.

JB4 integration notes:

  • F Series PWG JB4: connect the white wire to pin 16 on the JB4 25-pin harness. Enable WMI Ethanol Setup option 1 for the 15/16 flex fuel input.
  • F Series EWG JB4: connect the white wire to pin 14 on the JB4 25-pin harness. Enable the WMI page 15/16 input option.

All kits use custom billet aluminium adaptors that interface with the stock fittings, so no permanent modifications are required. For off-road use only.
