It is a complete plug-and-play flex fuel sensor kit for F-chassis S55 models, using billet aluminium fittings that interface with the OEM connectors so no vehicle-side modifications are required.

Choose the configuration that matches your setup:

  • HPFP to fuel tank (stock) - Replaces both stock fuel lines with one upgraded continuous line from the tank to the HPFP and adds the ethanol sensor.
  • Port Injection to fuel tank - For cars using the Fuel-It port injection kit. Replaces the lines from the tank to the engine bay, integrates the ethanol sensor, then uses a Y-adapter to supply both the HPFP and PI for a cleaner, high-flow layout.
  • Non-Fuel-It port injection to fuel tank - For cars with a third-party PI kit. Includes a longer 18 inch feed line from the Y to the PI rail. Trim to length and use the supplied -6AN female fitting or -6AN female elbow to connect to your PI rail.

JB4 wiring note for F-series: connect the white wire to position 16 on the JB4 25-pin harness and select WMI Ethanol Setup option 1 to enable the pin 15/16 flex fuel input.
