What is the JB4? It is a sophisticated piggyback ECU tune for turbocharged vehicles. By interfacing with key sensors and CANbus in real time, the JB4 can adjust boost, timing, air fuel and fuel trims while retaining factory safety systems. It offers performance comparable to a flash remap without unlocking or flagging the ECU, and can be removed at any time. Free firmware and mapping updates are released by the manufacturer, and the unit is not VIN locked.
Fitting aftermarket front bumpers or certain lift kits? An optional Front Active Spoiler Delete JB4 add-on is available separately, allowing removal of the Tundra Front Active Spoiler module without error codes and enabling full CANbus function from that connection point.
