Fitment and notes
- Aftermarket intake is highly recommended and may be required on some applications.
- Not compatible with the OEM airbox on vehicles where the airbox sits over the manifold in the same location as the coils. A small manifold mounting peg may need removal.
- F10 and E9x N55 chassis cannot fit both this ignition kit and an aftermarket manifold due to inlet location across the back of the engine. Contact us before purchasing if unsure.
- Some trimming of plastic covers and the plastic mount on the intake manifold may be required depending on the car.
- N55 cars running PR coils: route the O2 sensor wires behind the cylinder head. They do not need extending, just unclip and reposition to avoid interference from high voltage spark plug wires.

Can be used as a relocation kit on N54 vehicles including E82 and E88 135i, E82 1M, E90, E91, E92, E93 335i and E89 Z4. Note for E89 Z4 N54: coil pack number 6 and its support bracket cannot be fitted without modifications due to the solid turbo inlet pipes. Replacing the solid inlets with silicone allows room for the bracket and pack 6.
