Valve control options
The OEM integrated valve setup allows the factory ECU to open and close the valves automatically, exactly like the original system. Prefer manual control on demand. Add the Stone Valvetronic System Single Valve with plug and play OBDII controller and remote for instant control from the driver’s seat.

Stone Exhaust has been crafting world class exhaust systems since 1998. Each BMW 230i exhaust is developed using:
- 3D scanning and reverse engineering of OEM parts to optimise pipe diameter, routing and bend geometry
- 3D flow, thermal and pressure simulation to maximise performance and reliability
- 7 axis CNC bending with up to 98 percent roundness and accuracy down to 0.025 mm to minimise turbulence
- Crisscross and overlapping welding techniques for greater weld penetration and strength
- Direct spot welding by mechanical arms for consistent, high precision joins
