Engineered and enhanced for the N55
The TTE550 formula combines a high-flow TTE billet compressor wheel with state-of-the-art blade geometry and a larger, ultra-light 9 blade turbine. This pairing lowers exhaust back pressure, sustains boost at higher rpm and retains excellent spool. The compressor cover is precision machined to optimised tolerances, while the intake is enlarged and ported to ensure a smooth transition for incoming air. A TTE motorsport bearing system is fitted to handle increased load and heat for long-term reliability.
Precision balanced for performance and longevity
Every TTE turbo undergoes a two-stage balancing process. Individual parts are first balanced at low speed in multiple planes, then the assembled CHRA is VSR balanced at up to 250,000 rpm. This achieves outstanding refinement, reliability and performance beyond OEM standards. Each unit ships with a serialised balance test document.

Upgrade your existing turbo or order new
You can send your non-damaged N55 PWG turbo to be upgraded to TTE550 specification. The listed price covers the upgrade of a non-damaged unit. If your turbo is damaged, we will assess and quote any additional cost after inspection. Every turbo is carefully inspected before work begins and you will receive an engineer’s report after completion.
New complete TTE550 turbos are also available to order.
