Precision balancing - VSR to 250,000 RPM
TTE balancing is a cornerstone of performance and reliability. Individual components are balanced at up to 2,800 RPM in multiple planes. The assembled CHRA is then high-speed VSR balanced in-house at up to 250,000 RPM, achieving equilibrium far exceeding OEM standards. Each turbo is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test result document for complete peace of mind and quiet, smooth operation.

Installation and tuning
This is a direct fit plug and play turbo upgrade for S58 engines, but an ECU software recalibration is required to realise the full performance potential. Supporting hardware such as upgraded intake, intercooling, exhaust and fuel system should be considered depending on your power goals.

Upgrade your existing turbochargers
You can also choose to have your existing non-damaged S58 turbos upgraded to TTE940 specification. Send us your turbos and we will inspect them prior to upgrade. The listed price covers the upgrade of non-damaged units. If any damage is found, we will provide a quote before proceeding. You will receive an engineer’s report upon completion.
