Choose your stud length
- 70 mm studs: No spacers, or up to 10 mm spacer
- 80 mm studs: Spacers between 10 mm and 20 mm

Match the nut seat to your wheel seat profile:
- Conical seat nuts – typically used by most OEM wheels
- Ball seat nuts – often used by certain aftermarket wheels

- Lightweight M14 x 1.25 7000-series aluminium open-ended wheel nuts with gloss anodised finish.
- Internal 6 mm Allen stud drive for accurate installation.
- Knurled outer collar for easier finger grip during quick changes.
- 8 mm unthreaded stud shank for brake disc clearance.
- Oversize 19 mm nuts for greater contact area and ease of use.

Important notes
- Max vehicle weight 2500 kg.
- This is not a locking or security solution.
- Care for anodised finishes. Do not use aggressive acidic or alkaline cleaners. Use only pH balanced cleaners. Never use wheel cleaners, solvents or abrasive compounds on the nuts. Wash with water and mild soap. Avoid commercial car washes that use aggressive chemicals such as TFR.
Installation guide
These studs replace your original wheel bolts, making installation straightforward. If you prefer professional fitting, Nforcd can install this kit at our Warwickshire workshop. Request a fitting quote at Sales@nforcd.com.
- Remove wheels. Clean hub threads and the short ends of the new studs using brake cleaner. Ensure threads are free from dirt and grease.
- Confirm the stud shank passes through the brake disc holes and does not bottom out on the disc.
- Apply a thin coat of high temperature threadlocker such as Loctite Blue 2422 to the short end of the stud.
- Using a 6 mm Allen key, screw the short end of the stud into the hub until you reach the shank.
- Do not overtighten. Tighten to around 30 ft-lb or 40 Nm.
- Allow approximately three hours for the threadlocker to cure. Refit wheels with the new 19 mm nuts and torque to the factory wheel bolt specification.
- Recheck nut torque after around 30 minutes of driving once the assembly has warmed through.
